Booking & Availability
How do I book wildlife camera equipment?
Fill out the enquiry form on our contact page. We confirm availability within 24 hours and guide you through the rental process.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance, especially during peak safari seasons (October-March). Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Do you deliver to wildlife reserves and safari destinations?
Yes, we deliver to Ranthambhore, Corbett, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Tadoba, Kaziranga and every major Indian wildlife reserve. Delivery charges apply based on location.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your rental ends to arrange an extension.
Equipment & Gear
Is the equipment tested and cleaned before dispatch?
Absolutely. Every piece of equipment is professionally tested, sensor-cleaned, and firmware-updated before dispatch. We include a full functionality checklist with each rental.
What accessories are included with the lens/camera rental?
Each rental includes relevant lens caps, camera body caps, a carry bag or case, and basic cleaning kit. Additional accessories like tripods and gimbal heads are available separately.
Do you offer full safari kit packages (camera + lens + accessories)?
Yes! We offer curated safari kits tailored to your specific reserve and shooting goals. Contact us to build your custom package.
Can I try different lenses on the same camera body?
Yes, as long as they are compatible mounts. We clearly specify lens mounts (Sony E-mount, Canon RF, Nikon Z) for each product.
Pricing & Payment
How is rental pricing calculated?
Pricing is per day. Longer rentals (7+ days) receive a discounted rate. Delivery, insurance, and refundable security deposit are quoted separately at the time of booking.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount depends on the equipment value and is fully refunded upon return in good condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required before dispatch.
Insurance & Damage
What happens if the equipment is damaged?
Minor wear is expected. Damage beyond normal use is assessed against the security deposit. We strongly recommend purchasing our optional damage waiver add-on for peace of mind.
Is the equipment insured during transport?
All equipment is fully insured during transit in both directions. Once in your care, our damage waiver covers accidental damage up to the policy limit.
What is not covered by the damage waiver?
Theft, intentional damage, submersion in water beyond the equipment's rated weatherproofing, and loss of accessories are not covered. Please read the rental agreement carefully.
Shipping & Logistics
How is equipment shipped to me?
Equipment is shipped via insured courier in padded, weather-resistant cases. We use traceable services and provide tracking details as soon as the package is dispatched.
Is pickup and drop-off available across India?
Currently, our pickup and drop-off services are available only in Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur.
